QuickBooks connection: terms of use

Chester County Officers Cricket Club ("the club") runs a private connection between its website systems and its own QuickBooks Online company, set up and maintained on the club's behalf by Clear Accounting.

Who can use it. The connection is for the club's own accounts only. It is not offered to, sold to or available for use by anyone else.

What it does. It creates match fee invoices and, where needed, customer records for club players in the club's QuickBooks company, and reads the club's own customers, products, terms and invoices to avoid duplicates. It does not send invoices, take payments or store card or bank details.

Data. How player information is handled is set out in our privacy notice. The club can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from QuickBooks or by contacting us.

No warranty. The connection is provided as is. Invoices are reviewed by the club treasurer before they are sent, and the club remains responsible for its accounts.
