Oakmere winning the Toss and Deciding to bat, At one stage they Oakmere were at 114-3 off 30 overs, but collapsed to 138ao. H Jones top scoring with 33. A Kerrison the Pick of Chester's Bowlers with 4-34 off 15 overs including 7 maidens. County Offices reply was delayed due to the weather and had there innings reduced to 30 overs. The reply Started well with Dodd scoring a quick 27, but Jones captured his wicket that lead to Oakmere collecting regular wickets and bowling them out for 110 thanks to a great spell of bowling from Craig Phelan who took 6-41.
